Vår förvridne hjälte

Graphic design for the novel »Vår förbjudne hjälte« by the South Korean author Yi Munyôl, Bokförlaget Tranan. Han Pyŏngt’ae has moved from a reputable school in Seoul to a smaller rural school. When he challenges the class leader, he becomes caught in a power struggle that sets the whole school in motion. »Vår förbjudne hjälte« portrays the intense dynamics of a classroom – but can also be read as a universal story about how people are shaped by authoritarianism, both those who submit to power and those who resist it.
